Tenece Professional Services brought the transformative power of artificial intelligence to students at Bethesda Secondary School in Ikota, Lagos, as it marked its 17th anniversary, turning its focus to the future.

The initiative, backed by parent company Tenece Holdings, immersed young learners in a day-long exploration of AI’s real-world impact, from healthcare to agriculture, through hands-on sessions and direct engagement with tech experts.

“Tenece Professional Services Limited was built on innovation and problem-solving,” Head of Brand & Corporate Communications for the Tenece Group, Yetunde Johnson, said in a statement on Sunday.

“This initiative is about giving the students exposure to the tools shaping the future and encouraging them to think critically about how technology can be used to solve real problems.”

Tenece Holdings is an indigenous conglomerate with investments in technology, energy, real estate, FMCG, agriculture, and entertainment.

Through subsidiaries like Tenece Professional Services Limited, the group champions innovation, local capacity building, and community impact.

Beyond classroom sessions, students participated in discussions about how AI is already transforming industries such as healthcare, education, finance, and agriculture and how they can be part of that transformation.

This initiative reflects Tenece’s ongoing commitment to technology-driven development and youth empowerment, especially in underserved communities. It’s a practical step toward narrowing the digital divide and preparing young Nigerians for a competitive future.
