Iyanuoluwa Adedeji, the 22-year-old lady who allegedly stabbed her husband, Jimoh Azeez to death on December 31st, 2024, shares her side of the story. She claims she had endured repeated physical abuse and that on the day of the incident, a fight broke out after her husband accused her of infidelity. According to her, he picked up a knife, and in the struggle, the blade accidentally wounded him. She insists the injury was minor but says her Jimoh believed a charm he had used made him vulnerable, and the required antidote was not available.

Despite rushing him to two hospitals, he was pronounced dead at the second facility. Following the incident, Iyanuoluwa turned herself in to the police and is now in detention as authorities continue their investigation, with plans to charge her in court.
